We wiil also help you analyse your posture and contuct body assessment.

Pilates Class Types

All of our classes have a duration of 55 minutes.
Our aim is to create a fun and challenging environment where we focus on strengthening the entire body, correcting posture, and burning fat. With small class sizes, our instructors are able to provide individual attention and corrections to every student. This ensures that you receive the guidance and support necessary to optimize your Pilates practice.

Our semi-private Pilates lessons are ideal for couples or friends who prefer a more personalized approach compared to a group class setting.

These sessions provide individualized attention and cater to specific goals and objectives for training. Whether you and your partner/friend have specific fitness goals or want to focus on particular areas of improvement, our semi-private lessons will be tailored to meet your needs.

Small Group Classes

Class with up to five student

Our small group classes focus on the core principles of Pilates. These classes prioritize core exercises that target the abs, obliques, and glutes.

You will also learn various Pilates exercises and become acquainted with the equipment used in Pilates workouts. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation in Pilates, helping you understand the essential movements and techniques. By focusing on core exercises and equipment, you will develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Pilates Trial Info

We invite you to come in for a 1-on-1 Private Pilates trial at less than half the usual rate.

Session Details

During your 55 minute trial session you will receive:
  • 10 minutes Posture analysis and body assessment
  • 45 minutes of personalized 1-on-1 Private Pilates session
  • Explanation about basics of Pilates, pelvic placement and how to work out safely with equipment.
  • Program Advice

    After the trial, your instructor will advise on which program is most suitable for you, whether it’s for posture improvement, pain reduction, preparation for pregnancy or general fitness.

    Attire Recommendation

    What should I wear?
    We recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothes so that your instructor can clearly see your posture and body alignment.
