Pilates Class Types
All of our classes have a duration of 55 minutes.
Our aim is to create a fun and challenging environment where we focus on strengthening the entire body, correcting posture, and burning fat. With small class sizes, our instructors are able to provide individual attention and corrections to every student. This ensures that you receive the guidance and support necessary to optimize your Pilates practice.

Semi Private Classes

You will also learn various Pilates exercises and become acquainted with the equipment used in Pilates workouts. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation in Pilates, helping you understand the essential movements and techniques. By focusing on core exercises and equipment, you will develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
